Event Description
Certainly, figures don't belong in every landscape painting. The option of adding figures, however, is one that every landscape painter should consider. Maybe the only thing holding you back is a little practice and a bit of courage.
Try some of Michele's easy tips while you practice painting people with only a few brush strokes. Try silhouettes and quick washes using various techniques to develop your own methods so the figures you paint will fit into your natural style. In the end, you decide if you want to include figures in your work this time.
