Event Description
All skill levels are welcome, from advanced painters to novice artists working in all mediums who want to explore the exhilarating method of working plein air. Non-painting companions are welcome as well!
Plein-air classes, taught by Mr. Haas, will explore his seasoned techniques of layering complimentary colors. He uses color theories that automatically give you the warm and cool palette, and determines your contrast at the same time.
There will be ample time for sight seeing, simply relaxing at the beach or dining alfresco at one of the many charming cafes.

Gordon - thanks for this. Just spent 6 weeks in Italy last fall and a week along the Amalfi coast. One wonderful day painting on the beach at Positano. I think you need to be half mountain goat to navigate Positano. Have a wonderful trip and I look forward to seeing the results on your page!. Do keep me posted of future events. Happy Painting!
