All workshops are limited to 12 students with a minimum of 5. We will be painting the beautiful hills, ranches and beaches of the Tomales area, en plein air. Daily demonstrations will emphasize seeing the abstract design in the landscape. Painting (all prima) the direct approach, seeing the big shapes, and relationships of grays to color and color harmony will be addressed especially in the 5 day workshops. I take beginners to professional, all levels are welcome. Each day starts with a demo, after which you will get to paint and put into practice what you have learned. I work individually with each student, and everyone gets plenty of attention from me!
