when these people put you up for a week I feel it is the least an artists can do and it gets more people to sign up to host artists for the next years event. I come from a small town in Indiana and we like to show are appreciation.

Nicely done, keep a post card size water color block in my purse and a small w/c travel box and have done the same while visiting. Like to do guerrilla art on paper napkins and love those brown paper sheets that they sometimes put over the tablecloths ...I will take out my brown pen and start sketching the people about 3 tables away ( safe unobserved distance) and when the meal is over I leave the sketches where they are.
