I'm doing a series of 120 "bad" paintings, as my entre into plein air work, someone said it takes this many to get some skills to do it...around 90 I started to get the hang of things a little and when I got to doing some seascapes found my real passion. this work is my 3rd seascape from a little dip in the road on Hwy 1 just north of Bodega Bay.....little bit of shine from the wet oil approx 9x12 took about 45 min.
