An Online Artist's Coop for Artists who Paint on Location
Well , I went out this morning to paint, and everything was hazy and smokey , because of a prescribed burn. I kept driving north........ended up here.....The town of Rociada.......and then I went over to the church there......they have about 20 plum trees......and the crows were eating...the bears were there last night gorging on plums.....and I picked about ten pounds....

Comment by Damien M. Gonzales on October 5, 2012 at 1:03pm Great natural colors. The deminished yellows and earth tones as you go back into the painting are right on the money.

Comment by Karen Scannell on October 6, 2012 at 4:44am Painting away Tom, thanks. Slipping into lifedrawing and portraits , now that the weather is turning a little. We are having a good Autumn so far, so can still paint comfortably outdoors. I think I need to invest in some good outdoor wear for the winter.....:)
