Arroyos Running.....from the nights rain.18x24
So it rained and this was the runoff .......lots of agua >>>>Just a footnote...I have found that if I paint these larger sizes , that I have to get the very basic shapes, lights and darks.....color and value down with no time for diddling ...Then at home in my studio I can either strengthen them....leave them or throw them....so I am aware that they are a little unfinished here on this sight....

That's what I like, the looseness, you're painting the feeling more than the look...that's real art!

Hi Georgina .......Man oh Man......thanks, I am feeling pretty good about the direction I am heading.....You know I like what your doing, and sometimes I feel my work looks so boring next to what you have been painting.However lately I have been painting with more energy......and painting in the direction that I feel has the potential of producing a piece of art...........So your compliment is very , very , reinforcing .............
