In Rocky Mountain National Park. This piece was actually mixed media because in my haste to set up my easel, I neglected to note the ant hill my tripod leg was in. Soon I had ant bodies littering my pastel.

can sympathize...think the adversity honed your focus , its great. Can't say I'd recommend the method for concentrating though.
