Wow, Robert, this is an awesome painting. So simply exicuted. I find green quite difficult to work with. And right now in Europe everything is so green. Your painting just jumped out at me as a reminder of what is happening outside right now :)

Florida is always Green, just different greens depending on the season. Spring greens are always exciting even ,gaudy. If you paint them the way you think you see them they will be too bright. that happened with this painting. I should have grayed them down a little

But that is what I love about it, HAving now seen this green here at the start of spring, it is so bright, almost unnatural! I think you have captured the true feel of fresh spring :)
