A beautiful old building in Augusta, MO. This building sits along the Katy Trail. I painted this on day 5 of the Augusta Plein Air Event. This painting received honorable mention during the evenings judging.

I admire the crispness of this composition and rendering. The windows and porch in shade and sunlight read perfectly (details that I seem to never get right).
