Thank you. The flies were biting me so hard as i painted this, I didn't have time to mess it up too much:) It was "stroke" then "swat" then "stroke" and swat some more.

Thanks, this is from my yard last summer in Omaha. I brought the seeds with me and they are growing in my new yard here in SC, but there so many trees , they don't get as much sun, so they are growing very slowly. I don't see hollyhocks in gardens here, maybe they don't do well. They are fun to paint.
