Your work has a lot of energy behind it. No fussing around. I get the impression you work quickly. Don't know what medium you are working in, though.

thanks for your comments, Yes i work quickly ( i've been told to be quick not careless) . some paintings take only a few minutes to complete. I use these small studies again in the studio to do larger paintings, i don't work from photographs at all. Most everything in the past has been in oils,but i have been making the move to"open acrylics" as they are easier to work with when i am traveling

You are from Canada? I am a big fan of Mike Svob. I use Golden acrylics for plein air and studio work. I also use an atomizer from Atelier acrylics which I find helps a lot. I also find Atelier's "unlocking formula" to be useful for my purposes at least. Anyway, I think you'll like them the more you get used to them. From what I can see, they would seem ideal for the work you do.
