Hi Georgina.......So thanks,I was up a bit on a hill.........I think this is one of those scenes that are not too exciting, with the sun high  in the sky, however a good challenge. Its the blue mesas in the distance that caught my eye and all that foreground to try to make interesting and believable......

I really like this picture. I think we see the same way as it relates to what we like to paint. I could go down the list of all your paintings and click like on them all. I'll try to keep a closer look when you post an give more likes an comments.

Thanks Ernie......Its funny because in my remark on your latest painting......I was going to say it looks similar to my style.....ya know simplify.....and big shapes.....thats what caught my eye........
