Thanks, Sharron. Whats around the corner is another beautiful spot to paint...It rained allot a few days ago, and with that the river gets a red muddy look, and lots of color.

Congrats Tom! Looking at it again on the home page I really like that ochre shadow in the water on the left at front of the picture it works really well, pulls me into the water!

Hi Anne..........thanks, its the Pecos River,beautiful , winding its way through New Mexico, and there are so many different places and different perspectives to paint this river...
