Comment by Ed Cahill on August 29, 2012 at 9:24am Knowing a little botany is a good thing here in GA, both northern and southern species are abundant. The greens get a work out.
Comment by Robert Rohrich on August 29, 2012 at 9:52am A very nice selection of greens, Ed, well done.

Comment by Ed Cahill on January 28, 2013 at 12:37pm Thanks Ken,
Noticed on your website that you spent some time at my alma mater Carnegie -Mellon.
Comment by Ken Salaz on January 28, 2013 at 1:13pm Yes. I was there for 1 year before I transferred to Cooper Union in NYC. The professors I had were Pat Bellengillen (sp?) Dorothy Yanik and good old Herb Olds!
Comment by Ed Cahill on January 28, 2013 at 1:24pm Herb Olds - that man was a marvel! One of very few great teachers I ever had there. Good idea getting out. I would have been much better off with more formal, classical training. Back then(1977!) I never knew about it. But the university experience was not all bad.
Comment by Ken Salaz on January 28, 2013 at 5:39pm He was a phenomenal Draftsman! There wasn't any classical training back in those days unfortunately. There is now however.
