Gawd almighty.  This one is so stunning I might just get religion.  Hope you aren't offended.  I'm from Vancouver BC originally and you know how uncouth we Westerner are, chuckle.  Really this is stunning.  How much do you want for it?

I used to live in Vancouver and know it well( sigh-still miss the  fish and chips at Spanish Banks near our home)
