Well, Daniel, the specs in my photo are for reading. So, no, I wasn't wearing them. Although I did have surgery for a detached retina a few months ago, and my eyesite in that eye still hasn't fully recovered....things look blurry. I thought I should take advantage of that temporary condition and paint like I see it with my good eye shut. ; )

I flung the paint on this really fast and it was a lot of fun...honestly I laughed our loud when I was done and was going to paint it out until my plein air friends I was with told me not to touch it. You just never know.
