thanks Elaine The Curragh in Kildare is a hub of activity with the various stables training their horses on the Curragh Plains. It is a beautiful sight and a painters delight with all the colours .

I will have to go there the next time I go to Ireland!  We have horses at home, and I am always drawn (pun intended!!) to them elsewhere.

Elaine sketch them photograph them and get the overall composition jockeys pose colours horses action and you will get a good painting. its all about expermenting . Looking forward to seeing your painting posted.
