Hi Jerry,

Always enjoy looking at your work...I'm curios to know if these are temporary shelters for some poor soul ?I. saw a documentary recently about such,  this painting brings it back to mind....

Thanks for your kind comments, Karen. Yes, there were people taking shelter in these tents. The dark rectangle at the corner of the middle tent is a briefcase, a suitcase is to the left of that.
