Thank you fellow painters for your kind comments!  This painting was done entirely with a painting knife and a limited palette of white, ultramarine blue, raw and burnt sienna and raw umber.  I'm always amazed at the wide spectrum of colours available with so few primaries.

I love using only a palet knife.  You got this one perfect!  I find the reflection just awesome.   Keep up the great work!  We don't get much snow in Houston so it's nice to see a work that gives you a little chill!
