Question... haven't been to a "paint out" before and do watercolor. How do you present the work that day? Are there special frames for plein air watercolors as with plein air oils?Continue

My life has been enriched by seeing this way, and I hope that in relating my observations I can increase others appreciation for the world around them.

Thanks for the comments. It all just takes time. I have been doing watercolors since I was about 10. Once you get to the point where you are not battling the medium, and it becomes a comfortable tool in you tool kit, you are free to express yourself the way you want to ... with confidence. That said, not all of them turn out how I'd like.
Good luck with your painting.. I see a lot of confident brushstrokes in your work.

Sag Harbor is on the south fork of Long Island, near Montauk Point. Lots of farmland, still... and of course, lots of water and boats :) When I get the chance, I will post some work.
