Thanks for the comment. I think that piece was done on birch ply that I gessoed. I work primarily on linen panels, but still do just the gesso on board. It is a different feel when painting.... slippery.

I teach plein air so much and paint for my own shows. I know the group but when I have time i like to paint my own subjects. Stratford has so much great painting locations. Congrats on sun along the Ottawa.
