My art is inspired by nature. I always had a love for the outdoors so it was just natural that my art followed that direction.

I am a mostly self taught artist, and have taken workshops to improve my art.
Having been a avid fisherman my whole life whether flyfishing mountain streams or spending a day on the lake alot of time is spent around water.

Sunday morning plein-air

Went out this morning to see if any color was left on the trees. I painted from inside the truck do to the 35 degree temps. I used my cigar box setup which fits on the seat next to me. A piece of board on the seat acts as a tabletop to put the paintbox on and keeps everything clean.…

Hey Patrick,

I lived in Yardley from '89 - 97. I painted back then but not plein air per say. I did exhibit at the Phillips Mill a few times —last couple years I did not get in. I love that area up the Delaware on both sides. I use to to that Golden Nugget flea market a lot, they sometimes had some art laying around that you could buy cheep. My dad still lives in Ewing on the NJ side.
