Hi Scott. I've a lot to learn but thanks for the encouraging words. Don Maier is kindly giving all of us paddies a bit of a boost today.
I've finally got our networking site up and running, an 'homage' to this one and your Charlotte painters site. It is Plein Eire (http://pleineire.ning.com). Bit corny but...have a look any time and you're welcome on it.
Been a bit lazy for painting outside so far this year but will get out and keep up my page on CPAP.
Happy St. Patrick's Day to you!

jacki Your work is gorgeous, by the way.

Hi Scott- I am really embarrassed that your request came in February. Cripes. I need to check this link more often. Hope all is well. I am off to Boston and the Cape to celebrate my son's graduation. Perhaps we can get together and paint when I get back the first of June.

Hi Scott,

See your paintings and in every one I feel the sense of the place, smell the grass and hear the running water and the birds.
I never been in those places that you have painted but, for some reason, I "know" all of them

Hi Scott. I wanted to let you know I spent a good part of the day with a mutual friend, Luke Buck. He and Coleen only live about 6 or 7 miles from me. When we get together he mentions painting trips to N.Carolina and often speaks kindly of you. I've done paintings of N.C. but only from photos. I should come out and do some plein air painting some time. You definitely have some beautiful country.
