I have been working on a web site called LinkedIn. It is a business network oriented site rather than a social networking site. For those of you willing to make business connections and have a give and take relationship, please do check it out. It is free to join. You never know where opportunities exist.

I have created a discussion group on the LinkedIn site about an Eastern US Artist Network. I also want to make those here on PleinAirArtists aware of what I am trying to do. If you are at all curious, please send me an e-mail and I will bring you up to speed on what this is about.

Sounds very interesting Marsha. I am hoping to organize a Plein Air Artists Retreat here in the Lake Roosevelt area next late September early October. I have a 7 day outline worked up and am brainstorming with Don Maier, Gregg Caudell, June Schull and Mike Kawolski. It would be something for your LinkedIn site because I am hoping to invite Gallery owners as well. Introduce them to some fresh talent. Maybe get a connection between PA'ers on the East Coast and the West Coast going that benefits everybody.
