Thank you Tony, Yes I live in the country so the sunset you saw is right outside my door. We get some amazing sunsets out here. I love your paintings- especially "Washing Lines and "In for Repairs"
Thank you for your comment, Tony. I guess my surroundings aren't very picturesque, but I'm glad you see some beauty there. I'm loving your painterly brushwork- very inspiring.
Hi Tony,
My mom was delighted to get out painting with all of you. I won't be able to make it on the 30th because the kids are going back to school the following day. But I hope to make the next one.
Hello Tony.
Great to see some fellow Irish on board. I am a long time removed Dubliner, originaly from Rathgar, family later moved to Dalkey. Spent many a day in Tramore, love the sandhills. had many good picnics in Annstown. I would love to join one of your groups sometime, I do get back quite often, will keep watching what events you have coming up

Tony, nice to hear from you and thanks for your complements on my blog. I would love it if you would promote the workshop for me. I am dying to come to your beautiful country but it will only happen if people sign up! Thanks.

There's always a chance, Tony, but I cannot plan too far ahead these days. I have been home every year, except one, since 2004 (went to Italy in 2006), and, every year, it seems, Ireland gets more expensive, even when there is family to stay with in many places (Dublin, Tralee and Kilkenny). I would dearly love to be there at the time you mention, and, if I am, will paint with you all and drink a pint or two.
Just had a quck look now. You produced some really good work. My personal favourites are "Boats at Trogir" and "Laneway in Dubrovnik", the latter for capturing the marble pavement. Congrats on some good stuff and any commercial success that may come your way!
Tony, since I'm new on this site, I haven't quite figured out how to work the site. I responded to your comment, but can't find it now. I'll re-do it if it doesn't appear - in the meantime, let's see if this one gets added.

Hi Tony, I think I said something about the nice light and brightness in your paintings from Croatia - just what we need now that the autumn closes in on us here and we feel the bite of winter approaching!
Hi Tony - thanks for your welcoming message. Like Susan Knight Smith I'm new on the site and not too brilliant on the computer, but I'm getting there! Loved your work and enjoyed seeing the boat that you painted on the 'paint out' in Rosslare Harbour - you have a great sense of colour. Hope to get out again soon, weather permitting!
