Hi Lynne,

Thank you for your nice comments on my work. You are a n excellent painter so the comlpliment means a lot. I think you asked about painting together in late September and early October - are you in the Sacramento area?

I think you left me a message asking what I was doing between some specific dates and you mentioned you'd like to paint with me. That's why I asked if you were going to be in Sacramento. My daughter is having a baby in early September, in San Francisco, so I have to keep my schedule kind of flexible this fall. But if you want to come down for a painting trip you can google Sacramento Plein Air painters, organized through www.meetup.com, and find out what painting trips are being planned in the area. anyway, maybe we can connect up some time.

THANK YOU LYNNE for remembering me. UNFORTUNATELY unless something changes I will 'not be attending'! I am in East Windsor New Jersey and plan to be in Atlanta Georgia at the time of your event. I WISH YOU ALL THE SUCCESS I know you will have. kDIAMONDk Ranch is certainly BREATH-taking enough. With vista vews, waterways, wildlife and ranch life abounding. The Plein Air Artists will have NO LACK of subject matter. HOW I WISH being where I am I knew who was who geographically. It woudl be SUCH a shame to NEVER step up and step out with this experience. I am STILL A PLEIN AIR ARTIST VIRGIN... perhaps someone will reach out and invite me to joine them here in New Jersey while I am about!

Thank you so much for the invitation and the opportunity to paint along side with you.

Unfortunately my schedule take me to Utah and I will be unable to attend this event.

Hi Lynne, I have joined the site in the past couple of days. I uploaded an event for October, but the image was cut off top and bottom. I would like to replace it with a square format image. Can you help me figure out how to do this? Thanks, Lynda Ellis

Lynne, thank you for putting together the retreat at Greg's ranch. What a great experience and what a great group of artists. I loved meeting and painting with new friends, discussing art issues, and eating Bett's delicious meals. Thanks, Tim, for the palette holder. Next time I plan to paint some "keepers".

Lynn,

Thank you for your thoughtful comments on my work. We have a lot in common in the way we use water color outside.  I like your color palette, you are not afraid of strong color and I like th way you mix strong linear detail with more general patches of pigment.  I live in New York City. I don't know where Cle Ellum is but it sounds lovely.  Please tell me more about it.
