OOPS May Paint Out in the Kellum Community
The Onslow Outdoor Painters Society (OOPS) enjoyed an afternoon of plein air painting in the Kellum Community near Jacksonville, North Carolina. !5 OOPS artists showed up for the paint out and loved the spot and vow to return.
